Chronic inflammation at the root tip does not have to lead to tooth loss. The practice uses ultrasound-assisted microsurgery with a retrograde root filling of bioceramic/MTA to preserve natural teeth when conventional root canal treatments are not sufficient. Success rates are over 90%.
A minor surgical procedure removes the inflamed root tip and thoroughly cleans the area in order to preserve the natural tooth in the long term.
The retrograde root filling is performed as standard: bioactive materials seal the root canal from the tip. Preparation is carried out with ultrasound support for precise work and tissue preservation.
