Dental anxiety is not a weakness – it is a matter to be taken seriously, and one we respect.
Dental anxiety is not a weakness – it is a matter to be taken seriously, and one we respect. With a calm atmosphere, empathetic explanations, a gentle approach and, on request, twilight sedation, we make treatments possible that you may previously not have been able to imagine.
You are not alone
Dental anxiety is very common. We take it seriously, explain every step and offer treatment under sedation on request.
Frequently asked questions
How do you help patients with dental anxiety?
With plenty of time, empathetic explanations, a calm atmosphere and, on request, treatment under sedation (twilight sedation).
What is sedation?
A light twilight sleep in which you are relaxed but breathe on your own. An anaesthetist monitors you throughout.
Is there anything I need to keep in mind beforehand?
For sedation: do not eat or drink anything for 6 hours beforehand and arrange to be picked up. We discuss everything in advance.
