Job opening

Specialist in Oral Surgery (m/f/d)

An employed position in an established practice for oral surgery and implantology in Berlin-Mitte, with independent operating, 3D-guided planning and a well-rehearsed surgical team.

Our practice at Rosenthaler Platz has specialised in oral surgery and implantology for over 20 years. Referring practices from across Berlin send us their surgical cases, from displaced wisdom teeth and apicoectomies to extensive bone grafting.

As the volume of referrals keeps growing, we would like to expand the surgical team. You operate independently, with your own consultation hours and experienced surgical assistance at your side.

We are deliberately looking for someone who shares our understanding of surgery: minimally invasive, carefully planned and attentive to patients who often arrive anxious.

Your responsibilities

  • Independently performing oral-surgical procedures: surgical tooth removal, displaced and impacted teeth, apicoectomies and cyst operations
  • Implantology from the single-tooth gap to implant-supported restoration of the edentulous jaw
  • Augmentation procedures and bone grafting, supported by platelet-rich fibrin (PRF)
  • Digital planning on the 3D CBCT, including guided implant placement
  • Consultation hours, informed consent and follow-up care for your own patients
  • Professional exchange with our referring practices, including written findings

What you bring

  • Completed specialist training as a Fachzahnarzt für Oralchirurgie (m/f/d), or a dentist (m/f/d) with sound oral-surgical and implantological experience
  • German dental licence (Approbation) and authorisation to practise in Germany
  • Confident, calm operating and enjoyment of demanding surgical cases
  • Empathy in dealing with anxious patients
  • Very good German; further languages are welcome given our international patients

What we offer

  • A purely surgical field of work, with no general-dentistry duties
  • A steady flow of surgical cases through our established referral network
  • Fully equipped treatment rooms with 3D CBCT (Orthophos SL), digital implant planning, PRF preparation, laser medicine and treatment under sedation
  • Experienced surgical assistance and a well-rehearsed, multilingual team
  • Predictable hours Monday to Friday with no weekend or emergency shifts
  • Collegial exchange with a DGI-certified implantologist, and the freedom to develop your own clinical focus
  • Central location right at Rosenthaler Platz in Berlin-Mitte
