Gentle Tooth Removal
Gentle Tooth Removal – Including Wisdom Teeth

When a tooth can no longer be saved, the removal technique determines how much jawbone, gum and comfort you retain. At our practice on Rosenthaler Platz, we perform every extraction – including impacted wisdom teeth – microsurgically, gently and with the goal of optimally preparing for a later implant.
A gentle tooth removal is a soft, minimally invasive technique. The aim is to remove the tooth with minimal damage to the surrounding tissues such as the jawbone and gum – this reduces pain, swelling and recovery time.
01
Treatment process
- Diagnostics & PlanningWith modern 3D diagnostics (CBCT) we plan the access for wisdom teeth in advance to the millimetre, in order to protect nerves and neighbouring structures.
- Minimally Invasive RemovalUsing modern instruments and microsurgical technique, we preserve as much bone and soft tissue as possible.
- Preparation for Dental RestorationWe carry out the extraction so that a later implant can be optimally placed in the same position.
